Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer, kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 karyawan bagian pemasaran yang bekerja di PT. Bank BTN di Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Setelah penyebaran kuesioner, diperoleh sampel 67 karyawan bagian pemasaran, dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25.5. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) motivasi, (2) kompensasi, (3) keterlibatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
