Abstract

Flat foot is a condition in which the medial longitudinal arch (MLA) curvature is flatter than normal. The prevalence is between 3 - 19% and is not the same worldwide. Long-term flat foot deformities can cause pain in the soles of the feet, ankles and knees, but it will also cause repeated acute trauma to deformities in the feet. In this case, there is a need for rehabilitation, namely physiotherapy that refers to the physical capacity problem of flat foot sufferers. Physiotherapy treatment in the form of exercise therapy is very effective in overcoming physical capacity problems in flat foot sufferers.
