Abstract
In an era of rapidly developing technology like today where everything uses technology to facilitate human activities. Like the use of gadgets that are used by all people, especially workers who use this technology on a daily basis to make their work easier. These workers gradually experience pain around their hands, precisely their thumbs, which we know as De Quervain syndrome. This disease is not only experienced by workers, this syndrome also affects young people who also use gadgets on a daily basis, these teenagers feel pain in their thumbs because they often play online games.
