Abstract
This research was aimed to know the prevalence of helminthiasis, types of worm eggs and the correlation of sampling locations towards the prevelance of worms in local chicken (Gallus domesticus) in Jombang Regency. The sample used in this study was 100 faecal samples. The sample examination for the identification of helminth using native, sedimentation and float methods. Faeces samples were tested, than followed by microscopically test to identify the worm in species. Data obtained from this study were analyzed by Chi-Square test. The results showed 31 from 100 faeces were infected by worm eggs.
