Abstract
This study aimed to determine the prevalence of blood and digestive tract protozoa of local chicken (Gallus domesticus). This research was conducted in Jombang Regency for three months using 100 chickens with blood and feces taken for examination. Protozoa was identified using the blood smear method for blood sample and feces samples using sedimentation and floating method. The results showed that 22 local chickens were infected with Leucocytozoon sp., 1 local chicken were infected with Plasmodium sp. and 15 local chickens were infected with Eimeria sp
