Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pembuatan single complete denture rahang atas dengan penambahan cheek plumper dengan kasus resorbsi tulang alveolar yang menyebabkan bentuk pipi terlihat cekung. Hilangnya dukungan oleh tulang alveolar dan gigi dapat menyebabkan daerah sepertiga wajah tampak menurun. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pembuatan single complete denture resin akrilik rahang atas dengan penambahan cheek plumper. Kasus : Residual ridge yang telah resorbsi dan kehilangan seluruh gigi rahang atas. Tinjauan Pustaka : Single complete denture dengan kasus resorbsi tulang alveolar perlu dilakukan perawatan dengan menambahkan cheek plumper pada bagian kedua sisi bukal gigi premolar hingga molar yang mampu memberi dukungan untuk estetika yang baik. untuk memudahkan melepas dan memasang cheek plumper dengan gigi tiruan, cheek plumper mampu dilekatkan dengan magnet stainless steel sebagai perlakuan mekanis yang berdiameter 5 mm dengan ketebalan 2 mm. Kesimpulan : Pembuatan single complete denture dilakukan dengan cara membuat pola wax plumper terlebih dahulu kemudian tahap buang malam, pengisian heat cure akrilik, curing, finishing dan polishing setelah itu permukaan lingual cheek plumper dilubangi sebagai tempat perlekatan magnet.
