Abstract
Background: Post-root canal teeth become weaker due to the removal of dentin tissue in the crown and root canals, which causes the teeth to require posts to hold the core and restoration. In terms of the health aspect of the periodontium, Bridge Dentures are the main choice as a replacement for missing teeth as well as splints.Purpose: To find out the procedure fabrication Porcelain Fused to Metal Splint Crown Restoration with one of the abutments in the form of a post. Case: Loss of tooth 11 which will undergo endodontic treatment with cast post installation and includes teeth 12 and 13 as abutments and will function as splints. Conclusion: Process fabrication porcelain fused to metal splint crown restoration with one of the abutments in the form of a post, accept the master cast,wax pattern of the post, investing the post, burn out and casting the post, completion the post, re-acceptance the model, ditching and coating, implanting the articulator, coping of restoration, investing, burn out and casting, metal coping finishing, ceramic application, metal finishing and polishing.
