Abstract

Tujuan: Menganalisis perbedaan histopatologi (nekrosis tubular dan proteinaceous casts) dan fungsi ginjal (SCr dan BUN) tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) strain Wistar jantan setelah injeksi intrvaskular bahan kontras Ioheksol dan Iopamidol. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental laboratorik dengan rancangan desain penelitian post test only control group design. 21 tikus Wistar jantan yang memenuhi kriteria dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok dengan teknik random sampling: kontrol (K), Perlakuan 1 (P1, Ioheksol 1600 mg Iodium/KgBB), dan Perlakuan 2 (P2, Iopamidol 1600 mg Iodium/KgBB). Perbedaan histopatologi ginjal diamati dibawah mikroskop cahaya dengan perbesaran 400x yang dianalisis secara semi-kuantitatif melalui preparat yang dibentuk dengan metode parafin dan pewarnaan H&E. Kadar SCr dan BUN diperiksa menggunakan mesin analisis otomatis dengan sampel darah yang diambil melalui ventrikel jantung (intracardial). Hasil: Uji Kruskal-Wallis (α= 0,05) terhadap skor histopatologi ginjal, yaitu nekrosis tubular maupun proteinaceous casts menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. > 0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan diantara kelompok tersebut (K, P1, dan P2). Uji Kruskal-Wallis (α= 0,05) terhadap kadar SCr juga menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. > 0,05 dan Uji Komparatif One-Way ANOVA terhadap kadar BUN menunjukkan nilai Sig. > 0,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan fungsi ginjal yang signifikan diantara kelompok tersebut. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan histopatologi dan fungsi ginjal tikus putih setelah injeksi intravaskular bahan kontras Ioheksol dan Iopamidol.
