Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap sustainable growth dengan kinerja perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Intellectual capital dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari human capital, structural capital, dan relational capital. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 710 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2014-2018. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis dengan aplikasi STATA versi 15.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, human capital berpengaruh signfikan terhadap sustainable growth, sedangkan structural capital dan relational capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap sustainable growth. Kedua, human capital, structural capital dan relational capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Ketiga, kinerja perusahaan berpengaruh signfikan terhadap sustainable growth. Keempat, kinerja perusahaan memediasi pengaruh human capital dan relational capital terhadap sustainable growth, namun tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh structural capital terhadap sustainable growth.
