Abstract

Penelitian ini bertuJuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pangsa pasar, dewan direksi, komite audit dan total aset terhadap pengungkapan informasi keuangan berlanjutan pada bank umum Syarah di Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi dalama penelitian ini adalah bank umum Syariah yang sudah terdaftar pada BI dan OJK tahun 2015-2019. Teknik pengambil sampel dengan purposive sampling, sehingga didapat 11 bank umum syariah sampel dengan jumlah data diperoleh sebanyak 55 data, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaf dengan teknik analisis yaitu teknik analisis regresi linier berganda data panel dengan bantuan Software Eviews 10.
