Abstract

Perlindungan hukum atas jaminan purna jual merupakan suatu hal yang penting bagi konsumen. Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 dan peraturanperaturan lain yang terkait telah mengatur perlindungan hukum atas jaminan purna jual bagi konsumen.
