Abstract

The aim of this research is to know antigenisity protein from Aeromonas hidrophyla (S-layer) local isolates which can be used as material diagnostic sources and to obtain monoclonal antibody as a kit diagnostic for ulcer disease and red sore disease. Aeromonas hydrophila were isolated from gold fish (Cyprinus Carpio Linn) which got from Balai Budidaya Ikan Punten, Batu, East Java. Antigenesity Protein Aeromonas hydrophila were analyzed through some stages: creating antigen homogenate, determining antigen homogenate concentration, rabbit immunization with protein Aeromonas hydrophila, and measurement antigenic protein using Indirect ELISA technique. Result showed that the optical density level of antibody increase 12 time in rabbits were immunized by protein Aeromonas hydrophila with four booster and two week interval. The conclusion of this research that Aeromonas hydrophila protein can induce humoral immune response of rabbits with increased optical density antibody level.
