Abstract

Perjanjian pengangkutan udara adalah merupakan suatu bentuk perjanjian yang bersifat konsensuil , artinya : dalam perjanjian pengangkutan udara jika telah terdp.pat kata sepakat antara para pihak maka perjanjian telah terbentuk dengan segera.
