Abstract

The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The process of collecting data used is a questionnaire. The sample used was the employees of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of East Java Province with 40 respondents. Sampling using a non-probability sample technique and saturated sample. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that each of the three work motivation variables has a significant effect on employee commitment, employee commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Amil Zakat National Agency (BAZNAS) in East Java Province.
