Abstract

Avian Influenza was viral disease on the chicken and caused severity from asimptomatic until multisistemic. According WHO, 438 people infected by Avian influenza virus and 262 was died. At Indonesia, 141 people infected by avian influenza virus and 115 people was died. Vaccine was one alternative for prepare pandemic and also induce antibody and reduction virus after challenge test. The purpose of this research was analysis imunogenicity and challenge test with H5Nl indonesian strain. Indculation Egg embrionated chick and MDCK cell culture.The result of this research H5N1 Indonesian strain could induce antibody at animal experiment and challenge test Was done.
