Abstract

In the first stage of research, the management of the literary community that has existed in areas in Java-Bali has been studied. From the research, it is known, the management of the literary community in the regions of Java-Bali offers its own model: management of cooperation (partnership), production management, media management, race management, regenerative management, cross-regional management, and coaching management. The community also gave birth to the names of writers who have the potential to produce literary works that contain local wisdom, which are not limited to rural local wisdom but also urban local wisdom, and there is a synergy between writers, literature and society. Local wisdom revitalized in literature produced by literary community writers is very potential to be used in developing national character. In the fust year of research, the focus of new research examined the management of literary communities that existed in areas in Java-Bali, but did not cover areas outside Java-Bali. In fact, the outreach especially in the form of textbooks is the management of literary organizations within the scope of Indonesia. For this reason, in the last (second) research, the management of the literary community in areas outside Java-Bali was examined, namely Padang (Komunitas Penggiat Sastra PadangfICPSP), Balilqmpan (Art Foundation Balikpapan) dan Makassar (Masyarakat Sastra Tamalanrea/NIST). The purpose of the research in stages II: first, reviewing the management of literary organizations in the provinces outside Java-Bali, which are seen later can strengthen the formulation and formulation ofan ideal (suitable) management model of the literary community, Second, identify all literary works created by writers who are members of Iiterary community organizations that have been researched and literary community organizations outside Java-Bali. Third, concretizing the value of local wisdom in literary works written by writers in all comrnunities that have been researched or supplemented by literary community organizations located in the outer provinces of Java-Bali. The strategy of collecting data uses in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation (read, see and note), and focus group discussion (FGD). In the progress report of the second year of research, the data of the Iiterary community outside Java-Bali has been obtained, which are used to refine the research report stage II and in the form of scientific articles (national and international), so that the two scientific articles are not only submitted, or accepted, but until published. Also perfecting textbooks and models using data that is more complete and in-depth. The output of this second year research is international scientific publications, speakers at intemational and nafional scientific meetings, textbooks manage ISBN and nationally published literary community organizations, and model,
