Abstract
An experimental histopathological study has been carried out on the differences between the epithelial pattern of the periapical tissues before and after conventional endodontic treatment on the radicular cysts. The experimental radicular cysts were induced by inoculating the Streptococcus Faecalis strain Liquefaciens into the root canals of the 226 anterior teeth of the 24 monkeys (Macacca Fascicularis).
