Abstract
Automic neuropathy is frequent complication of diabetes mellitus . Disorders of sweating due to degeneration of post ganglionic sudomotor axons are common expression of diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Perpiration test is one of the simple methods for meansuring sweat gland activity. Sweating was evaluated vy diaphoretic procedure or heat sweating was produced by the use of external heat.
