Abstract
Rights to the trademark is the exclusive right, which entitles the owner to use it a monopoly on the production of goods and/ or services as well as the right to grant permission for others to use through licencing agreements. In the event of breach of privilege had been, then it could be resolved through civil mechanisms, which is based on rules that have been available.
