Perbedaan Warna Komposit Nanofiller Setelah Direndam Obat Kumur Dengan Waktu Yang Berbeda.

Abstract
Background. Restoration material which is used the most is composite resin and the new type is nanofiller composite.However,the color can be changed easily by a lot of factor. Mouthwash is recently used nowdays and it contains color substance that cause color changing in nanoftller composite. Purpose. This study was to hww the difference of color changing in nanofiller composite which is immersed in alcoholic mouthwash compare with non alcoholic mouthwash and to hww its different when it is immersed in different time duration. Method. First nanofiller composite group were being immersed in alcoholic mouthwash and the second in non alcoholic mouthwash. Each group divided into 3 subgroup varies the immersing duration in J day, 2 day and 3 day. Color changing of nanoftller composite was checked with spectrophotometer optic. Resuhs. There is no greater colour changing in nanoftller composite immersed in alcoholic mouthwash compared with immersed in non alcoholic mouthwash. And there is a greater color changing when it is immersed both in alcoholic and non alcoholic mouthwash when it is done in longer duration. Conclussion. The greatest influence in color stability ofnanofiller composite immersed in mouthwash is water. Water causing hydrolytic reaction that occurs in methacryloxypropyltrimetoxyilane (MPS) ofnanoftller composite. The longer composite contact with colour substance from mouthwash, the more monomer and initiator of composite reacted with color substance and cause the greater color changing.
