Previous studies related to computer-based video games indicates that computerbased video games had effect on children's cognitive learning and behaviors. Methods. Fifty six fifth grader from a middle socio-economic standard school in Surabaya participated in this study. The learning prerequisite for participants was the ability to use basic computer tools. Participants were asked to take part in two instructional sessions in two days in a row. In the first session which is the first day, students were given a biscuit to consume and then do the quiz. Soon after they brush their tooth. After that, students had their oral hygiene examined. As soon as they finished, they began playing the computer games about oral health. In the second session which is the second day, the instruction was same with first day but without playing a games. Results. After oral health education with computer-based video games, there is significantly different result before and after. On cognitive learning, there is an increasing score (Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) score =0.003, p<0.05). On behavior, there is a decreasing debris score (significant value = 0. 000,p<0.05). Conclusion.
