Abstract

In the criminal law a proof is very important to help uncover the truth of a case as well as assist the judge in the trial to break a la\\I5ui1. Visum E1 Reperlum as means of evidence based on forensic autopsy which must be in accordance with the procedures in order for the autopsy results to complete and in order for the evidence to have the power of proof in the trial. Related with an autopsy which is perfanned im perfectly or inconsi stent with the arranged procedures, then the conclusions of the autopsy are contained in Visum £1 Reperlum It does not have evidentiary power and if an autopsy is performed only partially or j ust a sample it will not produce an accurate evidence. it will affect and confuse the judge in considering the case being handled.
