Abstract

Cancer is a clisease characterized by the abnormal growth of body tissue cells where in it development, the cancer can spread the death. Thus, in this study, carried out the development ofMNPs as drug delivery using nanomaterials to see the effectivity of MnFez0 4 coated Human Serum Albumin (I'ISA) targeted folat receptor as meclia delivery system in cancer cells. This research is a true-experiment with post test only control group design. The instrument used was DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering), voltammetry and ultraviolet (UV). Where to see the clifference between groups was performed using independent T-test with a confidence level of95% (n = 0.05). The result of DLS showed that MnFez04 coated HSA has a particle size with average of 184.5 nm. Voltarnetri analysis shows that the HSA-MF-FA NPs is effective as meclia delivery system against cancer cells because that found >50% MnFez04 in cancer cells. Wbile based Independent T-Test test obtained by value p=O.O 13< n=0.05 so there is a difference between the control group and the intervention as a delivery system against cancer cells. MNPS development still further can be done in several aspects, one of them with a measure the extent of the delivery system ability to penetrate the layer of cancer cells that MNPS can be one material that is ideal to be used as media drugs delivery.
