Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the process of interference of the English words combined with the bound morphemes meN- and di- used in Indonesian newspaper Kompas. The approach used in observing the data is morphology approach, i.e. the study of morphophonemic by Sudarno. Sudarno classified morphological process into: affixation, reduplication, and compounding. However, only affixation type is analyzed in this thesis because this type appropriate for analyzing the data.
