Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal manusia yang terdiri dari variabel pendidikan yang diproksikan dengan lulusan perguruan tinggi dan pengeluaran pemerintah dalam sektor pendidikan serta variabel kesehatan yang diproksikan dengan pengeluaran pemerintah dalam sektor kesehatan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di 33 provinsi Indonesia periode 2004 bingga 2013. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi data panel (pooled data) dengan pendekatan FIxed Effect Model. Hasil regresi data panel dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel pendidikan dan variabel kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signiftkan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Variabel lulusan perguruan tinggi, pengeluaran pemerintah dalam sektor pendidikan dan pengeluaran pemerintah dalam sektor kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signiftkan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.
