Abstract

In the criminal law a proof is very important to help uncover the truth of a case as well as assist the judge in the trial to break a lawsuit. Visum EI Repertum as means of evidence based on forensic autopsy which must be in accordance with the procedures in order for the autopsy results to complete and in order for the evidence to have the power of proof in the trial. Related with an autopsy whi ch is performed imperfectly or inconsistent with the arranged procedures, then the concl usions of the autopsy are contained in Visum EI Repertum It does not have evidentiary power and if an autopsy is performed only partially or just a sample it wi ll not produce an accurate evidence, it will affect and confuse the judge in considering the case being handled.
