Abstract

Background. This research intended to asses what kind of leadership which must be performed by State-Owned Vocational School in East Kalimantan in connection with satisfaction and motivation performances as well as teacher's performances. Method. This research was conducted at State-Owned Vocational School in East Kalimantan which covered 147 students are respondents. This research by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), technique which was processed with AMOS program 4.0 to analyze some hypotheses. Of the finding results, this research indicates that : 1) Transactional, Transformational and Charismatic leadership have significant and positive big influences on the performance and satisfaction. 2) Transactional leadership has non significant and positive influence on performance. 3) Transformational and Charismatic leadership have significant and positive influence on performance. 4) Satisfaction performance has positive and significant influence on performance. 5) Performance motivation has positive and significant influence on performance and motivation. 6) Motivation performance has positive and significant influence on performance. Conclusion. This result of research was empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resources and practice management
