Abstract

Diantara Berbagai masalah pertanahan yang perlu diperhatikan adalah masalah pertanahan dalam hal perjanjian bagi hasil (melalui undang-undang No.2 Tahun 1960) dengan maksud untuk dapat menunjang dan meningkatkan kegairahan produksi pangan, pemerataan hasil, menambah kegairahan hubungan hukum yang bersifat penindasan terhadap yang lemah oleh yang kuat.
