Efek Toksik Timah Hitam Terhadap Janin Mencit (Mus Musculus): Penelitian Eksperimental Laboratoris.

Abstract
The aim of this research is going to know the toxic effect in mice fetus when lead (Pb) given as oral with certain doses and timing variation, with interaction between certain doses and timing variation in mice's stock for iength of pregnancy. The research design is factorial design because there was two factors that cooperative one another, i.e. doses and iength of exposure. Doses of lead consist of six level, i.e. 0 mgl kg BVV, Lb mg/ kg Bvv, 50 mg/ kg BW, 75 mg I kg BW, 100 mg I kg BW, and 125 mg i kg BW. The length of exposure consist of 3 days, 6 days, and 1 0 days, so that there was 18 kinds of treatment combination between each kind doses and length of exposure. Sum of sample for each treatment combination are 6 mice femaies, then femaies mice that needed for this research are 108. Before female mice being copulation with male mice, first ifs must cietermi_ned female mice estrus phase. The copulation was done with to piaceci one femaie mice anci one maie mice in one piace. in certain pregnancy phase, treatment substance given to each femaie mice fitted to research design. The substance administration of treatment was done as oral with sonde as much as 0,5 ml in the morning. In the eighteenth of pregnancy, femaie mice was surgeon and observed their implantation number, iife fetus number, death fetus number, resorption number, fetus body weight, the change scoring, liver ceiis and kidney tubules ceiis (degeneration and necroses), number of Purkinye ceiis and bone shape inhibition. Based on the analysis of research results by using Kruska/1 Wali1s test tP c;; CJ,05J ana Mann Witney Utest (p < 0,05) about toxic effect of ieaci to mice fetus morphology. It could be concluded that lead exposure could decrease implantation number, life fetus number, death f~tus number, resorption number, fetus body weight and made histopatoiogy changes in liver and kidneys organ looked from both of doses variation and timing variation. Based on varians analysis (p < 0,05) that continued with LSD iesi. (p< 0,05), ieaa (fib) exposure could decrease length of fetus and Purkinye cells number looked from both of doses variation and timing variation or interaction between doses variation and timing variation. Based on Varians anaiysis (p < 0,05) that continued by using LSD test (p < U,05) Pb exposure with certain doses variation couid made bone shape inhibition in mice fetus.
