Abstract
Tea contains high c oncentration of fluo r i de that play an inportant role in the growth and development of teeth. The absorption process is very important in the fluoride metabolism. Placenta is a good partial barrier in the supply of fluoride in connection with the growth and development of embryonic tooth germ. The highest fluor concentration in Tea is found in the dust. The presence of calcium in Tea leaves•, will decrease the absorption of fluoride ion and the presence of phosphate will increase fluoride absorption. Tea also contains a good number of tannin nitrogen, phosphor and other minerals as calcium, potasium, natrium, cuprum, zink, mangaan, ferum and aluminum. Tea also contains some vitamins as thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, panthothenic acid, vitamin C and vitamin K. Caffeine, alkoloids and flavanols are also found in Tea . Protein and amino acids are very significant constituent of Tea .plants, and are of importance in the mam facturings of Tea. The present of enzymes in Tea leavels play a very important role in the processing of raw material. •On the. day 15 intra uterine, development has reached the early bell stage, when the mesenchymal cells of the dental papilla underly the short columnar inner enamel epithelium pf the enamel organ, the embriyonic tooth germ was at the time of mineralization, but the differentiation of t6oth for ming cells, is not seen yet. On the day 18 intra uterine, of a developing rat embryonic tooth germ, the differentiation of tooth forming cells (ie, the odontoblast and atnenoblast) were already seen. The mesenchymal cell of the dental papilla differentiate into odontoblast and secrete predentin into the interface. The epithelial cells differential into ameloblast, which subsequently secrete the enamel matrix into the interface. The findings from which this study show that rat received NaF On the day 15 intra uterine of a developing embryonic tooth germ, rat recieved or treated with NaF or Tea were influenced directly on the time table of the tooth growth and development.Controls rat, and rat treated with NaF or Tea the time table of embryogenesis were depended on the environt mental factor. The finding of TEM Study, can be explained that e n doplasmic reticulum canal was wider, and the produck of mineralization higher and the result was the dental papilladifferentiate into odontoblast ahd secrete predentin into the inter face increased . In this TEM study, the product of mineralization increased and the scerete of predentin was •increased too. Because of the •increased of the scerete of predentin and the ameloblast scerete the enamel matrix was in creased also and makes the growth and development of embryomic tooth germ faster.
