This research is an in vivo research to observe the changes of immune response of reaction of white's lymphnode paracortex area after having the treatment. Centella asiatica methanol extract (EMCA) is a treatment material which the result will be compared to Centella asiatica extract standardized fraction control group (FTECA) and normal saline solution control (placebo Methanol is a mostly used material for component fractination that can be found in the herb (Robinson T, 1991 ). A special quality herb of Centella asiatica which was used as the sources of Centella asiatica methanol extract (EMCA) comes from Materia Medika of BatuMalang, East Java. While the Centella asiatica extract standardized fraction control group (FTECA) that contains 3 active components which are asiaticoside 40% ( 4 mg), asiatic acid 30% ( 3 mg) and madecassic acid 30% ( 3 mg) for each tablet with average weight of 200 mg. The placebo control group is treated with normal saline solution , which was used to dissolve EMCA and FTECA. The research result shows that there is significant difference between the group which recieved EMCA treatment if compared with placebo control using normal saline solution and there was also significant difference between FTECA is the second control group if compared with placebo is the first control group.
