Abstract
Terdapat petu_juk bahwa ekspresi genome virus hepatitis B (yai tu protein pre-S dan HBsAG) dapat dipengaruhi oleh subtipe HBsAG. Berdas.rkan fenomena itu , penelitian ini dilakukan dengan hipotesis ba.hwa subtipe HBsAG berpengaruh terhadapkandungan antigen pre-52 sehingga menyebabkan perbedaan imunogenisitas HBsAG dan perbedaan subtipe HBsAG membawa perbedaan frekuensi HBeAg serum pengidap HBsAG
