Abstract

Spiritual health is the harmony between the individual with others, nature and life are the highest. This harmony is achieved when a person fmds a balance between the values, goals and their systems with their relationships within themselves and with others. The purpose of this study is to explain the correlation of the spiritual health to the level of cortisol and HSP 70. Using analytic observational study design with a cross sectional study design using. The population in this study were all students of semester 2 members Hai'ah Tahfidz Qur'an UIN Maliki Malang. The number of samples is 7 hafidz Qur'an (total sampling) and 21 were not hafidz Qur'an (control group). Independent variable is the spiritual health, while the dependent variable is the level of cortisol and HSP-70. Data were collected using a questionnaire Indonesia Spiritual Health Assessment (ISHA) and serum cortisol levels respondent and HSP-70. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation test, were computed by SPSS for windows 17.0 statistical software.
