Abstract

"In this study the effect of filtrate and isolates Lactobacillus easel Subsp. Shirota to control of Salmonella typhlmurlum, Shigeiia flexneri and Escherichia coli ba.cterias in vitro were tested L. casei Subsp. Shi rota were fennented for their lactic acid, diasetyl, hydrogen peroxide and bacteriocin etc production and of their inhibition of S. typhimurlum, S. jlexneri and E. coli. Data would colected from enumeration of viable cotmt and measunnent of colony diameter. The data were analyzed by analyzed of variance followed by LSD test Regression tinier and quadratic analyzed were applied to cover their relationship between the filtrate and total viable coWlt and colony diameter of pathogen bacterias. The filtrate showed to inhibit S. typhimurium, S. flexnerl and E. coli, but isolates 1.000 to 10.000 times Dwmber of pathogen ba.cterias did not significant to inhibit S. typhimurium and S. flexneri but significant inhibited E. coli. Inhibition of their pathogen bacterias in vivo by filtrate and isolates is suggested"
