Abstract
Student in 7th grade entered pre adolescent stage. They started to look for their identity which be expected can form their positive self concept because it can influence their thought, behavior and education within attainment of study achievement. Study achievement have positive correlation with study motivation. There are some education models in school such as full day school and regular school. This purpose of this study was to indentify comparison of studi motivation between full day school student and regular school student. Design used in this study was cross sectional study. Sample consist of 62 respondents from full day school student and 50 respondents from regular school student. Data were collected with questionnaire paper. Data were analyzed by using Mann Whitney U Test with significant level p≤ 0,05. The statistic result showed that there were differencies of study motivation (p=0,011) between full day school student and regular school student. It can be concluded that study motivation of regular school student is better than full day school student. Further research on study motivation should be develop about method of study which better to increase study motivation of student.
