Abstract
Erectile disfunction was a sexual problem that very disturbed, not only for the man who experienced it, but also for the woman's partner so that it can lead to disorders of the psyche. Definition of erectile disfunction, formerly called impotence, was the inability to achieve or maintain kept an erection satisfactory to completed a sexual relationship. The case of erectile disfunction experienced by patients was marked by often complained of the genitalia was hard erection, felt lethargic, there is no excitement, insomnia, palpitations, no appetite, sore taste in the waist, right hand and right eye who have low vision. Of the complaints that patients can be seen included in differentiation of syndromes of heart and spleen drained strength. Erectile disfunction can be treated with combination of acupuncture and herbs therapy Eurycoma longifolia with the principle of the therapy strengthening the heart and spleen. Acupuncture was done with the main point ware stimulating Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Shenmen (HT 7), Pishu (BL), Shenshu (DL 23), Taixi (KI 3), and Mingmen (DU 4). While herbal Eurycoma longifolia oraly each 2 capsules every after breakfast and before bed during a therapy duration of 24 days. However, After 24 days with 12 times acupuncture and herbs Eurycoma longifolia receives was that patients have experienced improved erections and can finish intercourse whether not fully maximized. Based on the results of case studies using the techniques of handling erectile disfunction with acupuncture point Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Taixi (KI 3), Shenmen (HT 7), Shenshu (BL 23), Pishu (BL 8), and Mingnzen (DU 4) as well as giving the drink a herbal Eurycoma longifolia twice a day every after breakfast and before bed each 2 capsules for 24 days, patients have experienced improved erections and can .finish intercourse whether not fully maximized
