Perbedaan Pengaruh Latihan Fisik Submaksimal Sesi Pagi dan Sore Hari Terhadap Derajat Stres Oksidatif: Penelitian Eksperimental Laboratoris.
Thesis thesis, UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to detennine the differences of the influence.of
submaximal exercise in the morning and afternoon sessions on the degree of
oxidative stress.
The research design was experimental laboratories research with the pretest
and posttest design. The subjects of this research were 8 people aged 21 - 25 years
and given submaximal physical exercises that group 1 for morning sessions and
group II for the afternoon sessions. Physical exercises in this study submaximal
physical exercises by pedaling an ergocycle Technogym bike by using 80% HR max
for 6 minutes. The measurement of plasma MDA levels with TBA (thiobarbituric
acid) methods with units of nmol/ml. While the measurement of the activity of SOD
erythrosyte enzyme. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistic,
normality test,. paired sample test,. and independent sample test with significant level
of 0.05.
From the analysis, the differences in the plasma MDA levels posttest in the
group exercise morning and afternoon had value p = 0.002 (p < 0.05) means these
was a significant differences on the plasma MDA levels after submaximal exercise in
the morning and afternoon sessions. The differences of the activity of SOD
erythrocyte enzyme posttest the group exercise morning and afternoon had value p =
0.128 ( p > 0.05) meaned there was no significance difference on the activity of SOD
erythrocyte enzyme after submaximal physical exercise in the morning and afternoon
sessions.
The conclusion of this research is the difference of influence of influence of
submaximal physical training at morning and afternoon session to the plasma MDA
level have its difference, ant the difference of influence of submaximal physical
training at morning and afternoon session to the erythrocyte SOD enzyme activity
have not its difference.
