Abstract

Antenatal care (ANC) is the most important health care service to decrease mother and infant mortalitiy. This research was aimed to analyze factors related to antenatal care (ANC) of visit at pregnancy in Puskesmas Tembok Dukuh Surabaya. This study used cross sectional design. The population was pregnant women in Puskesmas Tembok Dukuh Surabaya. Total sample was 60 respondents, enrolled using simple random sampling. The independent variables in this research were knowledge, attitude, motivation. maternal service and family support and dependent variables was antenatal care (ANC) of visit at pregnancy. Data were collected using questionaire and were analy-zed by Spearman's Rho Test with signifikan level p<0.05. The result showed that antenatal care (ANC) of visit at pregnancy had significant correlation with knowledge (p),016). attitude (p=0,003), motivation (p=0,031), maternal service (p-0,021 ) and family support (p-A,033). Most of pregnant women who do Antenatal Care (ANC) of visit have good knowledge, positive attitude, high motivation, good matemal service and good family support. From the results, it is suggested to mothers to still conduct Antenatal Care (ANC) care in existing health facilities, knowledge and good family support will get of spirit at pregnancy women to visit of Antenatal Care (ANC) with good and reguler and health employee to keep giving information to fregnant mothers by elucidation.
