Abstract

Application modular nursing care delivery method can measure from duty and responsibility nurses. If nurses had much non job, application nursing care delivery method cannot optimal.so the patient not satisfaction. This study was aimed to explain correlation with application modular nursing care delivery system and satisfaction patient in Cempaka Room of RSU Dr Soetomo Surabaya. Design used in this study was cross sectional design. The population was all nurses and the 14 patient, the selection sampling using total sampling method for all nurses and purposie sampling for the patient. The independent variables was application modular nursing care delivery. The dependent variables was satisfaction patient. Data were collected using observation dan questionnaire. Data were then analyzed using spearman rank correlation with level of significance of 0,05. Result showed that there was relation between application modular nursing care delivery system with satisfaction patient in Cempaka RSU Dr Soetomo Surabaya ( ρ = 0.002, r = 0.749). It can be conclude that application modular nursing care delivery system and satisfaction patient in Cempaka RSU Dr Soetomo Surabaya is good. This finding suggest the important give the questionnaire for the patient to evaluate nursing care quality.
