Abstract

Osteoporosis is one of metabolic disease and degenerative that would be increase of life hope age expecially menopause women and has 5,6 risk to get osteoporosis than non-menopause. The high of osteoporosis for women caused health problem that can influence quality of life dan life treathening. Desain were used in this study were analytic descriptive and gathering data used case-control to know dominan factor of caused osteoporosis condition in Primary Health Care Leces Teritorial that was the independent variable was done according to retrospective. Independent variable are component of agent factor from tryangle epidemiology theory-John Gordon (1950).The sample was menopause women that was active to visite Primary Health Care Leces consist of 30 respondent was recruited with simple random sampling. Data collected used questionnairs and it was generated by hand. Result showed with used chi square test and regretion logistic statistic with Backwald-LR method, that perceived dominan factor that was influence osteoporosis event was thiny body factor with p=0,000 (p-value ≤ 0,05) then for other, factors such as coffea consumption, lack of calcium, cigarette smoker, lack of exercise, lack of nutrition were variable that also has relation with osteoporosis condition and variable about used contraception injection for a long time has not relation with osteoporosis condition with p=0,705 (p-value ≥ 0,05). It is recommended to health worker at Primary Health Care Leces to give an adequate information frequently for women about osteoporosis risk factor and also early screening about osteoporosis periodically.
