Abstract

"The process of learning something well, learn to listen actively help, see it, ask question about certain subjects, and discuss it with others. Implementation of demonstration and practice-rehearsal pairs may cause or stimulus response learning process, starting from in term of cognitive, affective, psycomotor skills in improving the hard and soft skills competencies in order to achieve wound care in clinical laboratories. The design of this research is quasy experimens post-tes only. Total sample of responden with as many as 12 people a methode based on the criteria of inclusion of respondents who have been determined. Variables of this research is demonstration and practice-rehearsal pairs methode and implemented medical surgical nursing laboratories. Data using questionnaire sheet and observation sheet. Analysis of test data using Mann Whitney U Test with significance vlue a =s 0,05. The result of this research indicate that the level of knowldge practice-rehearsal pairs group is higher than the demonstration of learning methode (p=0,03). Measurement of attitude on both of methode there was no difference (p=0,483). Psycomotor ability by using the methode (p=O,OO). Practice-rehearsal pairs methode, better in increasing the knowledge and psycomotor competencies to acheve dgestive system: post surgery wound care on student."
