The Analysis Of The Correlation Between Adaptation With Patient Satisfaction In Nursing Services At Rsud Kolaka Cross Sectional Study in RSUD Koleka.

Abstract
Patients satisfaction led them adaptation the nursing services. Patients satisfactions are contributed by ability of nurses to fulfill their adaptation. Unsatisfied patient causes low interest in using the nursing services.
The objective of this research are to know the correlating betweer the patients adaptation to their satisfaction. The research had been conducted at November 22th until Desember 7th, 2004.
The design of this research is cross sectional study. The samples are patients who hospitality in bedah, Interna,and Kebidanan wards in General Hospital in Kolaka. There are required 31 respondents, selected by Purposive Random Sampling . The data needed in this study are collected by questionaire. The data are analyzed by using SPSS Corelatian Spearman Rho with significant level p < 0,05.
The result shows that the correlation between room adaptation with patient satisfaction significant (p = 0,043)and (r =0,3660 , the correlation between role adaptation with patient satisfaction is significant (p = 0,000)and (r=0,617), the correlation between team work healty with patient satisfaction is significant (p = 0,000),and (r=0,640), and the last, the correlation between information healty with patient satisfaction is significant (p = 0,001)and (r=0,561).
It can be concluded that adaptation with patients satisfactions nursing services. The higher the adaptation caused the higher the satisfaction. The recomendet to environment adaptation the nurs are socialitation and oriented for hospital component, if god the adaptation the caused is filling and patient satisfaction.
