Abstract

Fluor albus is a vaginal liquid which is discharge beside the menstrual blood. It Consists of physiological and pathological. Teenagers who have just experienced menarche are risky getting affected of fluor albus since the fluor albus appears when entering the productive age. If fluor albus on teenagers' ignored, it will cause discomfortable and risky to be a pathological fluor albus. Through peer group discussion it is expected that there is an alteration on teenagers' knowledge and attitude in facing the fluor albus. These study uses a pre-experimental one group pre-post design with 21 female students as respondents. Independent variable is the influence of peer group discussion and dependent variable is teenagers' knowledge and attitudes in facing the fluor albus. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test with a significance value of a<0.05. The result showed that there is a significant difference between before and after a peer group discussion is given on teenagers knowledge and attitude in facing of fluor albus with p=O.OOO. Based on the study's result, it can be concluded that health discussion gives a alteration on teenagers knowledge and attitude in facing the fluor albus. For future research there is recommend to study climate dimension about peer group discussion method and considering the factor which are assosiated.
