Abstract

Children still have poor healthy behavior, which may lead them to various disease, such as wormy, diarrhea, toothache, and stomathache. Monopoli Aku Anak Sehat is a health education using games method, which adjusted to children development. The aimed of the research was to identify healthy behavior in school and analyze the influence of monopoli aku anak sehat on knowledge and attitude of healthy behavior. The research used pre-experiment design (one group pre test- post test design). The research was held for three weeks. The samples were school aged children at SDN Jati Sidoarjo. The samples comprised 93 respondent of 4th grade at SDN Jati Sidoarjo. The independent variable was the influnce of Aku Anak Sehat game and the dependent variable was knowladge and attitude of healthy behavior. Data were analized using of wilcoxon signed ranks test with level significance of 0,05. Result showed that there was a diffirence between pre and post intervention of monopoli aku anak sehat on knowledge (p)=0,000 and attitude (p)=0,002. It can be concluded that monopoli aku anak sehat had good influence to increase healthy behavior toward knowladge and attitude in school aged children. It suggested that health education with game method can help children to increase self awareness of the important of healthy behavior, so that it can make healthy life and prevention of any disease.
