Abstract

Physical exercise of pregnancy had purpose to prepare and practice genetalia musle, breathing and mentally prepareness so it can be used optimally due to normal childbirth. This study was aimed to identify the relationship between pregnant women attendance and 7 variables of marketing mix (7P) in Adi Husada Undaan Hospital, exclusively in maternity out patient department. The approach of this research, is using analytical methode by using cross sectional design. The 20 samples were taken by consecutive sampling. Research data contains 7 variables of marketing mix (7P), including product, price, promotion, place, process, people and physical evidence as independent variables, and quantity attendance of pregnant woman as dependent variable. All were collected using questionnaires and analized with linear regression test. The result of the research showed that all 7 variables of marketing mix (7P) had a relationship with the quantity attendance of pregnant woman in maternity out patient department, proved by the statistical result that obtained the P value = 0,000 (p < 0,05). The significant result also showed in some partially variables, The variables were promotion (p=0,000), people (p=0,016) and place (p=0,033). According to the result of the research, the writer suggests to increase the promotion of physical exercise’s benefits especially due to having normal childbirth in widely society, increasethe skill and quality of people contributed in physical exerciseservice including instructor and assisstant, and develop more supporting fascilities related to place were exercise is held. This must be apply in Adi Husada Hospital to improving hospital’s services.
