Pengaruh Pemberian Cairan Madu terhadap Titik Defleksi Conconi : Penelitian Eksperimental Laboratorik.
Thesis thesis, UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the differences between 10% and 5% honey fluid consumption toward Conconi threshold during exercising.
A laboratory experiment using treatments by sub¬ject designs was employed in this study. Subjects of this study were five students of PJKR study program, Faculty of Sport Science, State Univercity of Yogyakarta. The sample is selected by using simple random technique.
The data were mesured by Conconi Threshold of the subjects during exercising and consuming 10% and 5% honey fluid. The modified Conconi test for cyclist is used as the instrument experiment apparatus equipped by heart rate monitor in precision of 97%. The proce¬dure was as follows (1) the subjects ride ergocycle will the speed of 70 rpm/minute (2) their heart rate were monitored at the last 15 seconds of 1 minute duration (3) forty watt is a beginning load to warming up, after exercising as warming up in ten minutes the load is added to 50 watt, and in interval of 1 minute adding by 5 watt.(4) the test was done up until testee were exhausted. The data collected were analysed using anava LSD, and t test in 5% significance.
The results was as follows (1) there are no sig¬nificant differences between aqua and 10% honey fluid consumtion toward on the Conconi threshold (p > ,05). (2) there are no significant differences between aqua and 5% honey fluid consumtion toward on the Conconi threshold (p > .05). (3) there are no significant differences between 10% and 5% honey fluid consumtion toward on the Concord threshold (p > .05). There was a tendency that honey fluid consumption at 10% and 5% up graded the work burden than aqua in the same heart rate, and there was also a tendency that honey fluid consumption of 10% and 5% was lower than the consumption or aqua with the same work burden.
