Abstract

TUR Prostate is one out of many ways to castrate the hyperplacia of Prostate Glands. Urinary incontinence was a case that happenned often in early post operation of TUR Prostate. This study was aimed to analyze an effect of keagle's exercise to urinary incontinence in patients with post operation ofTUR-Prostate. This study used a quasy experimental design. The population was all patients with BPH, which has got TUR prostate treatment. Total sample was 22 respondents, 11 of respondents are experimental group, and•the others are control group. Data are taken by questionnaire and analyzed using Mann Whitney U Test ( p < 0,05). Result showed that after the Keagle's exercise was applicated, 91 % of experimental group was not felt an urinary incontinence, meanwhile the control group adequate in 100 % attacked by urinary incontinence. The statistic revealed that p = 0,000 so that Hi was accepted. It is meant that Keagle's exercise in patients with post operation of TUR Prostate has a significant effect in prevention of urinary incontinence. i It can be concluded that Keagle's exercise has an effect to urinary incontinence in patients of post operation ofTUR Prostate, so we hope that Keagle's exercise would be applicated in patients of post operation and making urinary incontinence has a good way out to over it well. further studies to over come the problem should involve larger respondents to get more accurate result.
