Abstract

Attitude of client in accepting procedure installation of catheter represent very metter is necessary for client because expected a client accept and got mixed up with action installation of catheter and hereafter that action is conducted. To reach efficacy in determining attitude of client hence the correct action is through effective communications especially information procedural. This research target to learn information procedural catheter installation influence to client attitude at home the public hospital of Gresik. Design of Research use pre experimental pre test - post test design. Population of Responder is all client to be attached a catheter at home the Public Hospital of Gresik amounting to 40 people, while responder checked amount to 13 responder according to criteria inclusion. Technique of Sampling used by purposive sampling. Data collecting conducted by using questioner and analyzed to use Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with meaning p :s 0,05. Analysis of result show before conducted intervention information procedural of catheter installation (23 ,1 %) category less, (53,8%) category enough (23 ,1 %) good category, result after conducted information procedural (23, 1 %) category enough (75,9%) good category. Seen from test of statistic Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to show there is influence information procedural to attitude of client p = 0,001. There are influence information procedural of installation catheter to client attitude.
