Abstract
One factor of the quality of nursing care is patient satisfaction. During this time the patient often complains of service in hospitals and nursing service per¬sonnel are still disappointing. The objective of this study was to determine the re¬lationship of quality nursing care with patient satisfaction.
This study used descriptive analytic by cross sectional approach. Total sample was 32 respondents taken according to the inclusion criteria. Sampling to research purposive sampling, the dependent variable was patients satisfaction, and independent variables were quality (performance, caring behavior), price (cost), the precision of service (location, amount, time). The data were collected by questionnaire. The data analyzed with Spearman Rho and linier of multiple re¬gression, with significance level of p 5 0,05.
The results showed that there was relationship between quality of caring, performance, price, and location with patient's satisfaction with level of Spearman Rho p = 0,000.
In order to reach optimum and satisfaction service, hospital management was suggested to improve their service quality in delivering service.
