Abstract
Student's satisfaction is a the student's conscious evaluation on the quality of education system management in an institution. Student's satisfaction is a primary for educational institution, requiring a continuous evaluation. The aim of this study is to analysis the relation between student's level satisfaction and man, material, and method management
This study used cross sectional design with Man, Material and Method management as independent variable and student's satisfaction as dependent variabel. Population comprised 100 respondents. Samples were 80 respondents, recruited using simple random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire. Data where analyzed by using Spearman's Rank correlation test with level of significance of 0.05.
Result showed that most of respondents said that Man, Material and Method management was reliable and most of respondents were satisfied with the management. The result of Spearman's Rank con-elation test indicated that there was correlation between man, Material and Method management with student's satisfaction (p=0.00). Correlation between Man management and student's satisfaction, with r2 = 0,392, and con-elation between Material management and student's satisfaction, with r2 = 0,440, and con-elation between Method management and student's satisfaction, with r2 = 0,510.
In conclusion, the better the management of Man, Material and Method an educational institution, the more the increase of satisfaction among the users of the institution, i.e. the students. Cooperation and support from all elements within the institusion is necessary to provide the best service for the students in achieving the objective of their study. Recommendation for the further study is to improve the research not only about Man, Material and Method, but also about Maney and Market.
